UDRP response
Prepare a strong UDRP response before your 20-day deadline
A respondent normally has 20 days from commencement to file. Panels decide on the papers, and a default leaves the complainant's story unchallenged. Westmore helps you build a complete, evidence-led response quickly.

Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to respond to a UDRP complaint?+
Normally 20 days from the date the proceeding commences, as set by the UDRP Rules. Providers can grant limited extensions in some circumstances.
What should a UDRP response include?+
A rebuttal of each of the three elements, evidence of your rights or legitimate interests, the history of your registration and use and, where justified, a request for a finding of reverse domain name hijacking.
Can I win a UDRP as a respondent?+
Yes. Panels deny complaints where the respondent shows a legitimate interest, generic use or a registration that predates the trademark.
Do I need a lawyer?+
It is strongly recommended. Westmore's draft is designed for attorney review and is informational, not legal advice.
